About Me
Fiona is a prominent marketing academic. She is passionate about retailing and marketing- online and offline- and is keen to share her knowledge. She has written successful courses on retailing and marketing for the Open University. This year she has joined David Jobber as co-author on The Principles and Practice of Marketing.
